Rod has many roots in Kingston; he has lived in the city for the last thirty-four years; Rod and his family live in the downtown area within walking distance to Queen's and he is intimately familiar with the education, religious and medical offerings of the city. He is a Queen's University Graduate (Bachelor of Commerce 1980) and successfully operated a Windsurfing Outdoor Retail store in the downtown core for ten years prior to entering the Real Estate profession.

As a cottage owner and boating enthusiast Rod is extremely knowledgeable about cottage and waterfront property in the 1000 Islands and small lakes in and around Kingston.

His knowledge and expertise in the leasing and selling of all types of downtown commercial properties is extensive. He is also a downtown residential Landlord with a solid background in student and faculty rentals.

Rod has a full time Assistant, Gayle Caldwell, who will ensure that all inquiries are responded to immediately.
